We built ragai.courses to teach AI — so yes, we take data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. No vague language, no hidden practices.

What We Collect
When you enroll and use our platform, we collect the following:
Identity & Contact Data
Your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
Payment Data
Transaction records confirming your payment. We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway under their own security standards.
LMS Activity Data
Your login history, assignment submissions, quiz attempts, assessment scores, and learning progress across the bootcamp.
Session & Communication Data
Your participation in live sessions, in-session chat messages, and any communications you have within the platform.
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, device information, and session logs collected automatically for security and platform improvement.

Recording of Live Sessions
By completing enrollment on ragai.courses, you automatically consent to the following:
- →Live sessions — including video streams, audio, and in-session chats — may be recorded by ragai.courses.
- →These recordings, along with your LMS activity and assignment submissions, may be used for internal AI model training, instructional quality improvement, and platform development.
Important
This consent is a core condition of enrollment. If you do not agree to session recording and data usage as described here, please do not enroll. Students do not have permission to record any live session, lecture, or platform activity under any circumstances.

Who We Share It With
Short answer: we don't sell your data. Ever.

We may also disclose your data if required by law, court order, or a valid government directive.
