The 72-Hour Refund Window
You have 72 hours from the time of enrollment to request a full refund — no questions asked. This window exists so you can evaluate your enrollment, explore the LMS, and make sure this is the right fit for you.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to refunds@ragai.courses before the window closes, with your enrollment details. After 72 hours, no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether the bootcamp has started.
Processing Fee
All refunds are subject to a 10% deduction from the total amount paid. This covers transaction fees, payment gateway charges, and administrative costs. For example, if you paid ₹10,000, your refund will be ₹9,000.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If We Cancel the Bootcamp
In the rare event that ragai.courses cancels a bootcamp before it begins, you are entitled to a 100% full refund with zero deductions. Alternatively, you may choose to defer to the next available cohort at no cost — whichever you prefer.

After the Refund Window Closes
Once the 72-hour window has passed, the enrollment fee is non-refundable. This applies regardless of personal circumstances, course progression, or attendance.
However, we understand that life happens. Students who are unable to continue after the refund window — for any reason — may apply for a one-time deferral to the next available cohort.

Deferral Policy
A deferral lets you move your enrollment to the next available cohort of the same course.
You're eligible to defer if:
- →A personal or family emergency prevents you from continuing
- →A medical situation arises (documentation may be requested)
- →Technical issues on our platform disrupted your participation
- →You're dropping out for personal reasons after the refund window
Conditions:
- →One deferral per enrollment only
- →Must be to the next available cohort within 12 months
- →Original fee honoured — no extra charge if price increases
- →No further deferral or refund if deferred cohort is missed
How to request a deferral
Email support@ragai.courses with your enrollment details and reason for deferral, before or within 7 days of missing your session(s). We'll confirm within 5 business days.

Technical Issues
If a live session or LMS is inaccessible due to a verified fault on our platform, we will arrange a make-up or offer a deferral.
Technical issues on your end — including internet connectivity, device compatibility, or power outages — are not grounds for a refund or deferral. We recommend ensuring you have a stable setup before the bootcamp begins.
