Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any bootcamp on ragai.courses, you enter into a binding agreement with us. These Terms govern your access to our platform, live sessions, LMS, assignments, and everything in between. Please read them carefully — they're written to be clear, not to trick you.

Who Can Enroll
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll independently. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before enrollment and will be jointly bound by these Terms. By completing enrollment, you confirm that all information you've provided is accurate and up to date.

Your Enrollment & LMS Access
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to our Learning Management System (LMS) for the duration of your bootcamp. This access is personal and non-transferable — it's for you alone.
Zero tolerance for misuse
Sharing credentials, allowing someone else to attend on your behalf, or any form of account misuse will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access without a refund.
Post-bootcamp LMS access, if any, will be specified on your course enrollment page.

Live Sessions
Our bootcamps run on our own proprietary streaming platform. Session schedules will be communicated before the bootcamp begins. While we commit to delivering every session as scheduled, unforeseen technical or operational circumstances may occasionally require rescheduling. We'll always communicate this in advance and make it right.

Course Content & Intellectual Property
Everything we create and deliver — lectures, slides, session recordings, curriculum, assignments, and all course materials — is the exclusive property of ragai.courses. You're granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access this content for your own learning. That's it.
Prohibited
Recording, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or sharing any course content in any form. Violations may result in legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property law.
What's yours stays yours
Your capstone project and independently created work belong to you. We don't claim ownership over what you build. However, by submitting your capstone on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to showcase it for educational and promotional purposes. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know in writing.

Certificates
To earn your ragai.courses completion certificate, you need to clear two things:
Requirement 1
Capstone Project
Submit and receive approval on your Capstone Project, as per your instructor's guidelines.
Requirement 2
Online Assessment
Pass the online assessment for your course. The passing threshold is specified per course.
Certificates are issued digitally within 14 business days of meeting both requirements, to your registered email address. They're non-transferable and issued in your registered name.

Modifications to Courses
We reserve the right to update course content, reschedule sessions, or change instructors when necessary. We don't do this casually — but when we do, enrolled students will be notified in advance.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose: learning. The following are strictly prohibited:
- →Sharing your login credentials with anyone
- →Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or download platform content
- →Introducing bots, scripts, or malicious code to the platform
- →Using the platform for any unlawful activity or commercial solicitation
Violations will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Disclaimer
ragai.courses is an educational platform. We don't guarantee employment, freelance opportunities, or income of any kind as a result of completing a bootcamp. Any income figures or career outcomes mentioned in our materials are illustrative — not promises. Your results depend on your effort, your context, and a lot of factors beyond our classroom.
Our bootcamps may reference third-party AI tools and APIs. We're not responsible for changes, downtime, or inaccuracies in those external services.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ragai.courses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in dispute.

Dispute Resolution
We'd always prefer to resolve things directly. If a dispute arises, it shall first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). If arbitration does not resolve the matter, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on our website. Continuing to use the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
